Complete rewrite of the whole theme.
I've stolen metacity from Elementary and slightly modified the titlebar.
The GTK is completely rewritten using latest murrine. Borrowed parts of the color scheme from Elementary and the rest is my own colors. Panel background is inspirated by Elementary, but it's made by myself.
